Bridgman Properties completely refurbished this home and deployed a more modern layout and design. First, we completely gutted the entire house, bringing it down to the studs and removing all HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Next, we reconfigured the walls to add an open concept kitchen and create a master suite and improve the flow of the family room to the rest of the home. We added all new mechanicals, drywall and tastefully completed the interior with elegant finishes. The exterior received a new roof, siding, windows, paver walk-ways and a paver patio. We loved the results!
