The first objective for our team was to redesign this home’s layout to create a more open floor plan and to restore it to a one family home (prior owner had divided up into several units). To achieve this, we started by opening up the walls between the kitchen and dining / living rooms. We also improved the flow of the house by adding a vestibule and door to an addition to the home that had been done several years ago. We took the existing 3.5 baths and collapsed the half bath into an adjoining full bath so that all bedrooms in the home had easy access to a shower/tub. The baths were also updated with modern tile and new fixtures. New flooring, light fixtures and paint throughout completed the interior.  The exterior vinyl siding received a facelift with the front of the home getting new cedar impressions siding with the remaining sides of the home painted in a vinyl safe material to match the front.  The pool was entirely redone as well (new liner, pavers, pump).  New landscaping and front steps completed this now beautiful home!
