Our team brought this house up-to-date by reconfiguring the foyer, great room, and living room areas - the changes implemented vastly improved the flow of the space.  A very nice but slightly dated 2-sided fireplace over dominated the great room so we removed it.  We installed a new herringbone pattern floor in the great room where the 2-sided fireplace previously stood. We installed new appliances and a new granite countertop in the kitchen. The home had 4 full baths that were in very good shape when we bought it and they just needed to be freshened up with new paint. Taking advantage of some underused space, we added a 5th bathroom and a walk-in closet. The 5th bathroom and walk-in closet became part of a second master bedroom suite in the house. We added a new, grander, front entry door to match the grander foyer we created with the reconfiguring discussed above. We painted both the interior and exterior of the house. Finally, the front and back yards were landscaped and the pool and hot tub were refurbished. It came out beautiful and this remains one of our favorite homes!
